When you reach out through our contact form we collect the name, work email, company, and project details you share. If you email us directly we collect whatever you choose to send. We do not place advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

We use this information only to reply to your inquiry, scope potential work, and keep records of our communications. We don't sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept for as long as the related conversation or engagement is active, plus a reasonable retention window for accounting and legal obligations under Danish and EU law.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@meexr.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
